1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) following full payment authorization.
    • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days will begin processing the same day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable Australia-wide shipping with the following estimated options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days for major metropolitan areas (regional areas may take 3 to 7 business days). Standard shipping fees apply at checkout based on order location.
    • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days for metro areas. Available at an additional cost selected during checkout.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over a specified total (e.g., $100 AUD) may qualify for free standard Australia-wide delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Delivery Terms & Age Verification

  • Adult Signature Required: In strict compliance with Australian regulations, an adult (18+) with valid photo identification must be present to sign for the delivery.
    • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Re-delivery fees apply if packages are returned due to incomplete addresses or failure to pick up from a local postal hub.
