1. Age Restrictions & Legal Compliance In strict compliance with Australian laws regarding vaping products, all items sold on our website are strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 years and older. We reserve the right to perform age verification checks, including requesting government-issued identification. Any orders placed by minors or those that fail identity verification will be canceled immediately.

2. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation email indicates that we have received your request, but it does not constitute final order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust order quantities at any time prior to dispatch due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or regulatory restrictions.
    • Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on our store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise specified. Full payment must be authorized and processed before orders are dispatched.
    • Order Amendments: Changes to shipping addresses or item selections can only be accommodated before a tracking number is generated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will require an additional re-shipping fee.
    • Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. Vape Unit Australia is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party postal carriers, severe weather, or transit disruptions.

4. Returns & Hygiene Exclusions In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Unopened Products: Unused, unopened, and factory-sealed products in original packaging may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
    • Hygiene & Safety Exclusions: Due to strict health and safety standards, opened e-liquids, nicotine salt bottles, used coils/atomizers, and unsealed disposable vapes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Warranty Claims Hardware devices (such as vape kits and pod systems) carry a standard manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase. Physical damage, liquid damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by improper charging/misuse are excluded from warranty coverage.
